Can't let go of the past

Hey guys,

I never really talk about why I cut but I cut because I've been bulled since year two, I've lost my best friend and so much pressure overwhelms me and I cut but my problem now is that I can't let go of my friends death and I want to cut every night even after I haven't done it in about 3 months now. Can anyone explain??

Mason, Im really sorry about loosing your best friend! I cant really help... sorry... I got a issue I cant let go of the past either, I try to but no use and forgetting and forgiving I totally fail at. But it may help if you talk to someone about your feelings about it... just talk it out! It helps alot, if you ball your eyes out in the process dont feel like less of a man cause it will just help! Im more of a guy than these big 200lb jocks at school here and I aint afraid to cry about something like a loss of someone. I hope talking can help even a little or something.

this doesnt answer your question -- but what I do is write a letter to a friend

it not a real perosn == I write to Napoleon who was the pig in Animal farm

with all the shit bit s of life and then rip it up and flush it in the tiolet.

or throw t in the wind. with each little rip i try and rip out the hurt a bit.
