how old are you?
how tall are you?
what do you weigh?
do you have a trainer or coach that works you out?
how often do you work out with him, her, or by yourself?
and how long does each session last?
how long did it take for you to start seeing results that you were pleased with?
what things help you gain muscle? such as muscle milk, or ways of training.
the reason im asking these things is because im confused on what results i should be seeing with the workout that my trainer has given me... right now there has not been much of an improvement as far as muscle mass, and thats what im wanting! but ya, please help me out the best you can

if u dont eat right it doesnt matter if Zeus or Hercules is training u ur not going to see the results that u want. also if u want muscle mass and ur doing something like sets of 15 reps ur not gonna gain mass

how old are you? 15
how tall are you? 5ft 7in
what do you weigh? 130-140 depending on water intake that day and my cal intake
do you have a trainer or coach that works you out? No because 90% of the time they are wrong in what they say.
how often do you work out with him, her, or by yourself? Just by myself
and how long does each session last? Should only ever be 1 hour
how long did it take for you to start seeing results that you were pleased with? A few weeks but real gains can take a while. No teen without things like weight gainers and creatine will be able to see big results until you are past 18. But do not start supplements because of not seeing big gains it is not good until your 18.

you see results with or without supplements, just depends on how hard you work and how you eat. supplements dont even matter, they are their just as an assistance. thats it. you can take stuff like creatine, but they just say dont be 18 or lower for legal reasons. many people who are 16 take creatine or whey protein, even whey protein says to be 18

What legal reasons? lol. And, if you are over 14 or 15 then taking Whey protein is fine. Protein is the only supplement to take young.

Well on the whey protein bottles i have seen, every one said you have to be 18. its for legal reasons because it might affect each person differently cause every teenager isnt done growing. i would take any supplement young, except weight loss supplements. creatine has no harm for some, while for others it might have harm. probably the same with a lot of whey protein bottles

Sorry bro, supplementing with Whey is perfectly fine. And all teens doing bodybuilding and weight training should use it.
