i know what you are talking about. when i get a boner my glans gets bigger but so does the rest of my dick and it all gets bigger in the same proportion. but this kid in my gym class in middle school, when we took showers he got a boner once and i never saw anything like it. when he was soft his dick was normal. the glans and rest of his dick were all in proportion and the same size in girth or whatever. but when he had the boner HOLY CRAP!!! the head of his dick was like twice as big as the rest of his dick. no lie. i remember thinking it looked like someone stuck a tomato on the end of a hotdog. it was crazy. i couldn't understand how the head of his dick got so much bigger around than the rest of his dick did when he boned up cuz it was all the same size around when he was unboned. i don't even know how he jerked off cuz it's like when he was stroking his hand would have to open up when he got to the end of his dick to make room for the tomato head. after that time i always looked to see if he would get a boner again cuz i never saw one like that before.

Yeh mine does, I got what is called a "mushroom head"...it gets kind of purple when fully engorged, and pretty hot to the touch..goes right back down and looks normal when it goes down...
