Aside from the obvious things like parties, where do you guys meet people of the opposite sex.

And lets say youre with your friends and see you see some people of the opposite sex, how do you approach them/know if they want to be approached?

You should try malls, movie theaters, and just around town. Its not always about whether or not they want to be approached, its if you have the confidence to approach them. And don't be nervous, just be a gentlemen.

I meet them in like School (Where I have met all of my girlfriends). Malls, Beach, Pool ect.

Lol, js, you can meet as many girls as you want, whether they'll go out with you or not is the bigger problem.

I'm a girl, but I met most guys through similar interests. (i.e, i like to smoke pot, i met guys who like to smoke too)

It depends on what kinda girl you want. The smart ones won't really be at parties too much while the dumb sluts won't be at the library.

You can go anywhere to meet girls. They're not elusive creatures.
As for approaching them, do what works for you.
I got my current bf by playing with his hair on the school bus in 2011. I was bored, sitting behind him, so I started to play in his hair. Weirded him the hell out since I was a stranger just randomly touching him but I was the only girl to ever have done that so I caught his interest and because I was "natural" compared to the other girls that have ever approached him, think heavy make-up low cut short skirt wearing girls twirling their hair as they snap their gum.
