please post this in a more popular section such as the boys puberty section... not many people are viewing the fitness forum which means not many people are going to enter any results... if you want this to be helpful toward people, you need more votes... b/c right now i cant think to myself that me voting a 4 is common when only 5 people have voted total... and you should also give an example for 1... if you can this would be great!

We have the other forums for a reason. This isn't puberty related.

Idk what I would consider myself, I'm skinny and far from the muscle area, however I consider myself healthy.

This might be just my self esteem talking, but I'd give myself a 2 or 3. But based on compliments I've recieved, I'm maybe a 6 or 7.

Ya I have been training for over a year now. I need a little more work to really define my abs because they are still not seen completely but I'm almost there. Stuff like Biceps and Triceps have really come a long way though which is nice.

I would say a 6 or 7 maybe? I'm tall and skinny, but I don't have a lot of muscle; along with that, I'm pretty pale hahaha
As for health problems, they're next to none; no congenital diseases, few family diseases, and I've never had a cavity(if that counts haha)

I rated myself an 8. I have only about 3.5% body fat and my cardio is off the charts. I have pretty good core strength and my legs are in very good shape, but my upper body isn't very strong. I'm working on that, doing strength training 2 days/week with a trainer and training by myself, on top of cross country 6 days/week.

3.5% bf damn you are either not that or you are unhealthy. 4% is the minimum in order to be considered healthy but considering most people do not attain 3.5% without steroids, I doubt you are actually that.

Considering that i go to the gym everyday and i play soccer matches at least once a week , I will be 8 , i can be easy 9 or even 10 if i used steroids , but i don't... so 8 it is.

Running is good for the lower body. If you want to do it as a sport...most of your muscle might get 'drained' but other than that running is good for everything.
I should probably work on my upper part, my legs are fit, I have a runners chest but my arms are skinny. Then again getting weight in my top body would be useless.
I consider my lower body a 9, upper a 5 so I guess that averages out to a 7

as i said in the op
A 1 would be very bad and a 10 would be this (http://i47.tinypic.com/easd28.jpg) and a 5 is your perfect on the BMI scale (like your in the healthy, average range on the BMI chart and you look decent shirtless)
so you have something pretty close to that body?
