And I mean like a substantial relationship- not a week of holding hands and giggling :P

If you haven't been in a relationship yet, choose your age group with 'haven't had one yet.'

I've never been in a real relationship. I have dated a few people but haven't had anything I would consider a real relationship.

Hmm, I am tempted to say when I was 15, but how it ended really puts the whole thing into question. I have no respect for people who would desecrate the sanctity of a book so I'll have to go with I haven't had one yet.

15, only lasted two months but I consider it my first serious one. Mainly because it ended out of our control.

Virginity has nothing to do with first relationships.

True. A relationship doesn't mean having sex.

i actually had my first relationship when i was 5. she was 5 and you might say that thats not a relationship thats just little kids holding hands. except this little kids holding hands thing lasted 5 years until very sad circumstances forced us to seperate (i moved to maryland her wisconsin). i shared my first kiss with her. also since we were only 5-10 at the time, i have some funny storyies about our kid logic and knowledge. for example we thought it was illegal to date, as in go out to dinner and movie, until you are 15, i remember the day when we were leaning over a fence talking about this and promising the first person we would go out with was eachother. also we thought that you werent alowed to have sex until you were 17. i again remember the day we made that pact. i loved her and she loved me. and to this day i miss her at times.

No one has a real relationship under the age of 13.

So what your saying that once you turn 14 its real?

I go against that. If your truly in love then age doesnt have a thing to do about a "real" relationship. People can love each other at age 11 and then turn out to get married and live to have their golden aniversiary(50 years). As long as both people care, respect, and love each other then it is considered a "real" relationship in my book. To make things better the relationship would last longer if they would jump in front of a bullet for the other person. My opionon and i dont want people going like " Oh thats not true. Silverfist64 ur wrong"

I'm 14 and I haven't had a relationship yet. I've hung out with girls before, and I had a "girlfriend" in 4th grade, but surprisingly enough, the guys I hang out with don't care much for girls. They're not gay, they just don't think they have a chance with any girls at our school. A lot of my friends are asian, and there are a lot more asian guys at my school than asian girls. And I'd say 95% of the non-asian girls at my school wouldn't go out with an asian guy, unless he was really popular, which my friends are not. I don't want to insult my friends, but they look like punks, and I don't mean like gangsters, I mean the way they dress they basically scare off girls. My best friend prefers to be mean to girls than to hang out with them or ask them out. He's told me about his crushes, but he and I agree that he has no chance with the girls he likes. I just don't have the guts to ask a girl I like out. I can talk to girls that I know easily, but I freeze up around girls I like, and I don't know, I don't think I'll be able to start a relationship unless a girl asks me. Hopefully I'll have a real relationship before I turn 16, but I have no clue, I'm kind of just waiting for the perfect girl. Why do I always rant? :P

I am 13 but I haven't had one yet. (at least not real)
When I was in 2nd grade, there was this boy and we promised to marry each other. There was also another girl who 'loved' that boy. We used to argue about who would marry him.
He left the school at the end of 2nd grade. We never kissed or held hands or anything like that. Now looking back, I think that he was a jerk.:)

I dont believe anyone is mature enough to have a proper relationship until around 12-13 at least.

Haha I didn't even notice that- I went back and edited the post b/c I realized there are obviously some people who haven't had relationships yet so added the 2nd option after each age group. D'oh! >_<
