No idea why I didn't comment those yet - they are very nice pictures!

One suggestion I'd make is to work your contrasts. They are often too "low" - there is not enough difference between the darkest part of your picture and the lightest one. As a consequence, your Sith Lord looks as if seen through mists. This is also what caused you some trouble in the Jedi portraits: the eyes are much darker than the rest, probably because you had to work more on the details.

What can you do to solve the issue? First, get a broader range of pencils. You are probably using an average one (HB or close); get softer ones (2B, 4B, even 6B) - they'll greatly help you getting deeper dark tones and will provide you a much wider range of values to work with (plus, a couple pencils isn't a huge investment ;) ).

Second, don't fear working in layers, filling a given area more than once, until you get the value right. this will also greatly help smoothing out small flaws the first coloring pass may have left.

The one thing I would point out is maybe outlining the right side of Darth Maul a bit more, it was a bit difficult to see where the figure began and where the white space ended
