After a scary experience where my gramma fell on te stairs right in front of me, I got to thinking. Does anyone else treat family (parents, grandparents) almost like complete trash? I'm realizing this now because I'm not the nicest to her.

Yeah..I guess this does happen to me from time to time, I just can't control myself really..when these situations occur.

I'd say i'm pretty neutral with my parents. Its not like i walk up to my dad and hug him everyday, but i'm not an asshole either. I don't have any extended family, only my mom and dad. So i can't really say anything about that.
But! My brother holy shit we give each other hell from dawn to dark.

Some people have perfect reason to treat their family like trash though. Mine aren't and haven't been the greatest people to have my back or support me.

I can't remember the last time I've said I love you to my family, but I'm not heartless towards them. I'm willing to drive my nanny to where she needs to be, but I've been ignoring every call from my cousin for about 4 years now.

I get really frustrated with one of my grandmas because she calls me a disappointment, an embarrassment ect. But my other grandmother is a saint and I would never get mad at her

omggg how can you not be nice to your granny? I love my granny. But otherwise, I can kind of neglect my parents, but only b/c they are usually fighting lol.

I use to with my sister, but I relaxed a bit, and do some wired stuff to make her laugh, as I find that gets us a little closer or our bonding time. But no, not really. I really take appreciative of what my family and grandparents do to me! And I make sure I enjoy EVERY minute of it!
