Only 1 of my balls have dropped, I'm just turned 13 and I'm 1 inch soft and 2.75 inches hard.

Should I be worried about only having one ball dropped and is that size normal?

I don't know why you think that only one of your testicles has dropped. There's no way to tell because they don't actually 'drop'. If one of your testicles is simply lower than the other then that's perfectly fine because most people have one lower than the other, don't worry about that. Your size is pretty small and much smaller than the average size for a fully developed adult, however, you don't really need to worry about that yet because you've still got a long time to go through puberty and chances are that you should grow in flaccid and erect length before you're finished puberty.

Your balls dont "drop". They descend when they get too hot. And its normal to have one lower than the other.

good answer above and yes your within the normal range of size.

most guys will have one testicle that is lower than the other -

but as ever if you are concerend then the only people to ask is a doctor
