Is there anytime in the doctors office when you have to take a sperm test? And like jack off in the office? Just wondering. Or do they only check your balls?

Giving a semen sample is something that is usually only done when testing for fertility and sperm counts. It's very unusual if a doctor asks for a semen sample at a physical, unless MAYBE you bring up a problem with ejaculation or something, but even then, there are specialized doctors for that.

For a sports physical no sperm test. If you were having trouble having kids they would test your sperm

I know what s checked and how varies in dfferant countries, so if there was a chance a young guy might be sterile or have a very low sperm count they may check in the same way as they would say if an older guy was haveing difficulty with fertility,
