i think its a sociatal thing. our culter teaches us that its not ok to masterbate and if you do you are abnormal or wired, this is not true in at all and those who treat masterbating as a bad and unatural thing need to just get over it.

Dam good question, i used to masturbate like a stealth ninja so i wouldn't get busted, but best made plans can easily go to shit, and now i've been busted too many times to remember. So for me, it's only my parents now that i ain't wanna get caught by, dunno why but i find them the most awkward and embrassing people to bust you so when there home door is locked when jacking. Other than them i don't care anymore. Guess thats just me, dunno why, but anyone else doesn't phase me or worry me.

Yeah, I'm sure both of my parents know I pull my pud, but it would be very awkward if they saw me doing it. It's like, I know they have sex, but I really don't need to see them in the act.

With my brother, once he starts puberty, I doubt I will care if he catches me. More than likely he will ask for advice on what to do.

been caught by parents before and yes it is embarrassing but they have been cool about it...there are 4 boys in our family and we all have been caught and they realize it is normal....as far as my brothers catching me I could care less cause I have caught and done it with them so no big deal.....friends? caught by them and most of the time they join :P

Well ever wonder the insult "Go fuck yourself" came from? It means to leave and go masturbate or something as if it's stupid or bad. (which probably fits the person that recieved the negitive comment anyway.)

There's also the fact that it's supposed to be socially unacceptable. If you've seen the hangover then you know that when they're driving on the highway, Alan (Zach Galifanakis) said "It's not illegal, it's frowned apun... Like masturbating on an airplane." the character was already the stupid one but this comment made his situation even worse.

I've only been caught once, by my dad. he left me alone to finish. Later in the day he said he understood what i was doing and left so i could finish the deed. He told me that religion makes us feel that j/o is bad so that's why getting caught it weird. but he also said that j/o is perfectly natural and i shouldn't feel bad about it. I love my dad.
