Need help with Adware

I've got this adware that basically puts ads on the side of youtube that automatically play, and it also puts ads on the side of facebook pictures when I enlarge them. I've scanned numerous times but can't seem to find it. Any help would be much appreciated as it's starting to really annoy me.

What software did you last install into the system? Try using System Restore in Windows to an earlier restore point and see if that fixes it.

if you use google chrome you can go to the wrench up top by the address bar and go to settings and then extensions and you have click to disable out by the side of the name of the program. I had the same problem. But idk if you use google chrome

I saw that earlier but I only have 4 extensions and they are normal ones. Skype Click to call, Avg safe Search, AVG do not track and 1click downloader.

It would seem that "1click downloader" was the source of my issue. I have deleted it from the registry and removed it from chrome so if it's back next time I reboot then I will System restore.

Ads on YouTube and Facebook? How do you know it's coming from adware?

It's not the usual kind of ads. It's auto playing ads on the side for random things. Trust me these are not the normal ads you'd expect.
