Well Ok ima 15 my cousins 11 he has a 1 and a a half inch dick. Ok so i was a really early bloomer and i had nearly had a 3 inch penis when I was his age. Is it normal and please just give me an opinion not the " Oh every one's different thing". I know that but please a honest opinion do ya think he got a chance at even getting a medium sized penis

Tell him its possible for him to get one even to your size. But he has to wait till at least 14 to see a difference. sometimes even earlyer than 14 he will see him growing
