I agree with this. Although, the sensation of ejaculation might feel a little bit like the sensation of urinating, but after awhile of jacking off you can tell the difference.

Its not normal.

The burning may be created by the friction between your hand and foreskin as you masterbate. It may be that you are masterbating to hard/fast and that your penis is hurting due to this.

if you dont excrete semen or sperm when u ejaculate than yes its

It sholdn't feel like its burning. it should feel warm... but not burning, so if it continues i suggest you ask your mom to take you to the doctor's office and ask him about it.
