I guess whatever you do - the girl will decide anyways then maybe even change her mind, but just be yourself and be honest and hope for the best. whatever happens try and stay freinds with your best friend here cos sometimes the girls dont stick around - but freinds might.

If you think you're in love, but she's torn between two guys, then personally I wouldn't date her. What if she picks you and decides she wants the other guy? That can really hurt hurt you emotionally, and you don't want to go through the emotional pain for nothing. There's other fish in the sea for you bro that won't have to keep you on your toes hoping she picks you or hoping she won't cheat on you with your best friend.

Well you have to let her decide. A girl is not a prize to be won.

You just have to be yourself and be honest with her. Have you told her your feelings? In the end no matter what it is just her who will make the decision and one of you (either you or your best friend) is going to be upset.
