Quick question.
A while ago I used to work out while I was in sports and stuff so I got muscular and stuff. I stopped sports & working out completely and a year later I'm still really muscular...
Why? I eat like crap and I'm not as active as I used to be. I mean, I'm not complaining but I just thought that was kinda weird.

Some guys are just naturally muscular...but working out is still important.

That's called having a high metabolism. :)
A few years back i quit my mma course that i'd been doing for 5 or 6 years. I still have a good build, and other than a few work out sessions now and then, i haven't done much to maintain my body.
I constantly eat like shit, and just sit around in front of my computer all day.
You should be thankful that you have a high metabolism, some people aren't so lucky.

I'm a wrestler and have been since 6th grade. Since then I've always had hard core Abbs and since 7th grade and 8 pack (legit) this summer I've eaten so bad I might as well be dead, but I haven't gained a pound and still have an 8 pack.
Guess it's just natural

Muscle stays on for a long time. Especially as a teenager. Muscle won't suddenly disappear, of it does (like abs), it's cause of the layer of fat.

Being a teen and having good genetics results in a high metabolism so you can eat almost anything and stay pretty lean as long as you do more than just sit around. I work out three times a week and therefore have muscles but not a six pack yet simply because that relies more on bf% and genetics.

I wish I had either! I try to eat healthy and I tried going to the gym regularly but I can't get fit! What is wrong with me? I am starting uni again in a couple of weeks time and I am going to try to go back to the gym twice a week! Maybe that's not enough? I dunno! Sorry for taking over this thread, toeknee btw!

you probably still do enough exercise to support your muscle

Abs and muscles all start 60% in the kitchen. Basically your diet gives you 60% of your abs and muscles. The other 40% you get from working out
