There could be lots of different forums added to the site. With a topic like nature you can already guess that the forum won't be very active and adding a load of random forums that don't get used just clutters up the site. Overall it's just not needed.
If you want to talk about a subject just post it in the place you think it most fits. So nature could go in TWPR (which is used for threads and topics that don't really fit anywhere, you could make a diary for it, or even a social group. There are lots of alternative options other than creating a whole new forum.

This is probably the best response to your suggestion. Not only is there a lack of demand for it, but it will just take up unnecessary space. A totally dead, inactive forum will be a waste.
As Nikki said, there are other options to consider. I think making a diary would be your best option here. Not only will you be able to have things the way you would like, but you could call it your own nature section with your own personalization. If you would like to create a diary you can do so in this thread (click) (http://www.virtualteen.org/forums/showthread.php?t=3928).

I can see both of your points. In retrospect not my best idea.

Seeing as this isn't going to happen, no. Even if it did, that would be very inappropriate.

It's quite easy to do, but not really necessary. A new forum would just clog up the index, making it look cluttered. It would most likely be inactive, so there would not be much of a point to it. Make a diary, social group, or post about it elsewhere, like others' suggested.

You go right ahead and do that. (http://www.virtualteen.org/forums/announcement.php?f=18&a=241)
