This could fit into a number of sub forums....

My girlfriend constantly tells me how people are bullying her and harassing her, I suggested she tell a trusted adult but she doesn't. She say's she feels the need to self harm...
Yet still continues to be sad (obviously)

My problem is at what point do I go over her head and tell somebody what is wrong?

I warned her I might and she is very reluctant for me to, yet the person I have in mind was very very helpful and supportive when I was being bullied (A trained professional)... And still somebody I would turn to in a crisis...

I'm very concerned she said 'cba with life any more' and other reference to suicide... I'm not going to repeat here...

Any help would be gratefully appreciated...

Double post I know...(My thread anyway), but in this case I just want to make it clear that thanks to Noirtier I decided I will get adult help as soon as I can tomorrow....

Good. Even if she doesn't like it at first, she'll thank you for caring about her so much to get her help.

Well if you think that she is seriously contemplating suicide, you are better off going to that person you trust sooner rather than later., She might not like it at first, but in the end I bet she will understand it's just because you care about her. In fact I would just go ahead and do that right now. At the same time, make sure that you let her know that you'll also be there for her and stuff, I know that will make her feel a lot better :)
