Dont worry about it. Welcome to the club. I am 15, finally starting to grow a bit. I have quite a few pubs. penis is still rather small and thin. 5.75 inches now and 5 inches around. So dont worry about it.

yep dont worry, all my friends have drastic changes ex: underarm hair and i dont have any! as well as im only 5'3'' and my friends are 5'5''+ i have a rather small penis aswell, 2in nonerect 3-4 erect:D

You are also only 13 and have nothing to worry about. I am late aswell. I am 15 5'3, my penis is a little bigger though, 5.75 irrect, not sure not irrect, it has changed a lot as of late.

if you have those sort of proportions at age 17, then you would be a late bloomer. as your only 14 so you are right on track.

im 15 and a half i have some pubes, hairless armpits and not really any signs of growth in testicles or penis i am 5'6 also
