cracking

when ever i move my wrist it cracks same for foot sometimes or back.
why does it do it and is it the early formations of arthritis?

So do mine,went to a doctot with it and he told me that it was just "crispy joints"(no idea if that name makes sense to you,but that's what we call it here)

It's like popping your finger but it occurs a lot or hurts badly it couldn't heart to see a dr.
