Immortal Love

Hey VT, Hunts' here. Well today I became a total clutz, and broke my Pinkie Toe.. On a rolled up throw rug. It got caught between a space in it, and snapped it hard to the right.
At first I thought I just stubbed it, but after a few hours, it didn't stop hurting.
I've been busy playing a game, so I didn't notice how it got all swelled, and turned black and blue. When I did notice, I figured it was broken, googled pictures of broken toes- exact match.
So I know you can't do much for it, so since I only have some 2 inch bandage compresses, I put the padded side against my toe, and secured it to the others, so it won't move.
I don't wanna hurt it worse, so did I handle it properly? Or should I do something differently?
