I know this is kinda weird but here i go ok i have black hair black leg hair ihave a littlel bit of armpithair wich is back im almost 14 but my arm hair is like bloodish light color i have a good tan all over my body dose that effect it or smothing has thos ever happen to guy and why?

Tanning does affect your hair pigments too...I think. I go outside and just walk around and I become tanner, and it's very noticeable! But then my leg hair gets lighter and lighter. At the beach I would just sit there and sleep, I would wake up and my leg hair was a very light brown which I thought was peculiar. But now, about a month later, it's all back to normal.

I think it depends on the person. For some people tanning can make hair lighter. I personally have very hairy arms and my arms are quite tan but my hair is still really dark brown.
