So, if your a tall guy you can probably relate to this.
I feel like im extremely skinny! its kinda annoying at this point b/c i just turned 17 back in May and i feel like all the guys my age have something to be proud of muscle wise... im not week, i play sports and im good at them, but im just tiered of looking so skinny! ive been working out with a trainer lately and thats helping... but still... no results really... but ya... my question is when will i start to fill out? and if you are a tall guy who had the same problem, what did you do??
Oh! and btw im 6ft 2in 155 pounds...

I used to be the same way a couple years ago.

I started around 8th grade at 6', 150 pounds. I quickly grew a couple inches during the first few months, and was 6'2" and 150 pounds when Christmas break rolled around.

I didn't realize how skinny I was until I looked in the mirror and it looked like I was a starving child in Africa (no offense to starving children in Africa). You could see the bones in my beck, my shoulder blades, and it was not looking good.

My mom said to me "Ian, you have to start eating more, or your health is going to be affected. If you don't start eating more, I'm going to take away basketball (my favorite sport)." So I knew that I had to do what she said, because my mom doesn't screw around.

So I started eating more. I didn't pound on the twinkies and cookies, but I started eating better foods and fats (chicken, protein, milk, etc.) Slowly, but surely, I started putting on a little weight, and I combined that with working out, and I started getting pretty jacked.

Now, I'm going into my junior year. I'm 6'5", 205 pounds, but not as muscular (I've gotten a little lazier). I filled out over my 8th grade year, so I looked human again.

So my advice to you is to eat more protein, DON'T eat a lot of junk food to try to gain weight (more than you would normally eat is ok, but don't substitute meals with donuts and soda), and, if necessary, force yourself with a do or die situation to get you to eat more (favorite sport, hanging out with gf/bf/friends, etc.)

Good luck!

if you want to fill out eat more food thats have more fat
....if you want more height play basketball and volleyball.
But method is jumping in home/room near by the wall. I was jumping everyday 200 times for like a 2 months and i grow up with 7/8 cm

try eating a high calorie diet with lots of fats and lots of working out but dont over do it. makes sure to do lots of push up. also when you lift weights to fill out do lots of reps doing less then your max.

Good advice from ian good results from training take time and you need sleep and protien shakes the best one is CNP but idk if you have others where you are. You can build on muscle but evry one is diff, you may have a high metabolism -

Keep at the gym and you will see results

That is pretty skinny, and I can relate. My age right now is 16, 17 in Sept. and I'm 6'4" and only 170. I have been gaining more muscles lately, though. I guess that it's just with age that the testosterone can reach a level where it isn't used solely for growth. If you feel concerned, try doing sets of weights so the muscle can built up!

not all tall guys are skinny
im more of a muscular build and i'm 6'2 as well
ive let myself get out of shape lately (generally happens around summer time) but yeah it just varies
I would say be happier you are skinnier than heavier because I would rather be a bit skinnier than bulkier
