Let him do what he is comfortable with ...he may not be ready or as said maybe is not telling you exactly the total truth .....he will when he is ready ....and if he asks yo for any advise tell him that its ok that he doesn't but if he needs to talk you are there.....

Well, he is pretty developed for his age. Anyways you shouldn't care if he masturbates or not. He is only 12. He will know when it is time to and when he wants to. He probably will ask you for help. Just don't think about it. When the time comes and he will probably talk to you about it. It is his choice to masturbate, not yours.

There is nothing to be concerned about what so ever. Does not make him any different that he choses not to do it, that's completely normal, and is fully his decision to make.

If anything you should just support his decision and ensure him that it's completely fine not to wan't to do it.

If he ends up doing it sometime down the line then that's fine, remember he is only 12 dude,that's still very young. He is probably more interested in just being a normal kid than getting into that stuff yet.
