So I'm very shy about it. My parents have rarely seen my legs cause of it, and I feel uncomfortable about my arm pit hair.

Remember that nearly everyone has body hair like you. You didn't specify whether you have an unusual amount or not, but if you do, there's nothing wrong with that, and some guys may even be jealous of you! If you feel abnormal, remember that everyone develops differently, and comes in different forms.
If just telling yourself these things doesn't work, there are many ways to remove body hair. You can shave your armpit hair and leg hair, or even wax it if you don't want it to grow back. Maybe it's because you're not comfortable with it? If you don't like it, there's nothing wrong with removing it either. But try to be comfortable in your own body!

If what you mean is that you're okay with your body hair, but you want to be more comfortable with having it shown in front of others, try wearing shorts in front of people that are close to you, that won't say anything. And gradually expand to other people.

Just be comfortable with it. It happens to everyone, so there isnt much to do. They may say that youre developing, but other than that they will get used to it and will never mention it again. At least, thats what happened to me.

I don't worry about things like that. Both of my parents have seen me in my boxer briefs and I'm sure they have noticed I have leg hair now. In fact, I'm sure they would have said something if they thought I wasn't in puberty already.

I felt the same way. So now I shave pretty much everything on me. Plus, the smoothness feels amazing :D

Your parents probably expect it anyway. Don't worry about it.

So I am not sure how not to be shy about it I just am not shy at all about it. Most guys are hairy so just be who you are no big deal but I know guys that don't like it so they shave it. My one friend hates hair so he shaves everything but the hair on his head from there down he is shaved.

Dude, don't worry about. Everyone has body hair...even your parents. Once you get used to having it you can figure out it you want to manscape it or whatevz. We're all in the same boat. It's no biggie.
