It is the very fat that you have had a good nights sleep that gives you a wet dream, mostly guys will have a wet dream when they are tired say after sports or a weekend night when you know its not up for school the next day. Its normal but that does not make it any easier if you dont like a shower in the morning or feel uncomfortable with it.

I dont hate it.
