So since yesterday I've had pains in my stomach area, where my belly-button is, but I don't know what it could be? Can't be my appendix, since I had that out in May, did I maybe pull a muscle? It only hurts if I lay on it; or am sitting, if I'm standing I'm fine.

How sharp were the pains, how long did they last, and have you done any activity lately (namely yesterday) in which you could've pulled a muscle? Depending on how sharp the pain is, it might be a pulled muscle or it might be something more serious.
EDIT: Alright, I just did a little research online about it. If the pain is severe, and/or if it persists for another day or two, I would recommend seeing a doctor. Because there are a variety of conditions that are moderate to severe that it could be if it continues to persist and/or is quite severe pain. These can include inflammation of the pancreas, inflammation of the gallbladder, ulcers, an unnoticed hernia, etc. I hope it is none of these, and that it is just a pulled muscle, bud. But I wanted to inform you of those possibilities just to be on the safe side.

Its only gets bad if I push down on it or sit down.
