What is this stuff?

I looked today, and there is some grayish stuff on my pubes on the left side of my sack. The pubes on my dick are normal, but once on my scrotum, they begin to be covered in what I think is dirt. I took a shower, and most of it came off, but there is still some left. What is it, and how to I get it off?

I am not sure buy it could be dangerous or not harmful

It might be lint from clothing, but its probably not harmful, just needs a good wash.

It's just dirt caused by sweat i do experience it, just take a bath and wash it off
