Feeling like a Idiot.

Ello' VT. Hunter here, and feeling down.
So yesterday I went to my High School to get my Welcome Back papers and stuff, and to talk to my Councilor about my schedule. I wanted to see if I cold take any other class then Advanced Algebra, since I am an idiot at mathematics. He said I could, and that I actually HAD to because I 'Approached' the score to pass my Math AIMS ( Arizona's Instruments to Measure Standards).

So now I have to take Algebra 1, or as he called it ' AIMS Prep'. I'm a Junior this year, and I have to be with ALL the Freshmen now, and I have..social issues. Not to mention this years Freshmen are really Ignorant and such.

I'm not going to survive.

It'll be OK! Just focus on your work and stick to yourself if you're socially a tad awkward. For the most part I doubt you'll even be singled out while in class for any reason. I know this isn't great advice, but I'm not sure what other options there are. There's no more remedial options?

I don't believe there are any other options. Maybe I could talk to my councilor about doing my normal Advanced Algebra class, but with an IEP.

Well, I hope it works out. But in the end, I mean, it'd be a classroom full of other students, who unless you looked out of sorts, wouldn't hardly notice you (then again, I have no idea how large your school's populace is).
