I am about 3.75" soft. Soft doesn't matter. You can see someone with a 5" soft penis and that could be their size while someone soft can be a lot bigger. Soft doesn't mean much.

Its cool - I think when guys compare in locker rooms you see your own from aboove and thiers side on so they will look bigger anyways. And a lot depends on the day. So if youve had gym and then shower it will hang a bit with the heat

My soft size is pretty small, but I haven't measured. If your friends make fun of you for it then just explain that flaccid size does not indicate erect size. It really shouldn't be a big deal, but a lot of high schoolers are too immature to realize that.
