No harm with our without lube. Lube is a personal preference so some use it and some don't. Hand lotion or baby oil are good things to use as lube. It's really up to each individual what they like to use. Just make sure you enjoy yourself.

No it doesn't cause harm if you aren't stretching the skin out. You just have to make sure that you grab more towards the bottom of the shaft and use the little excess skin to use as a "tool"
