Are these words the same thing, or can you ejaculate without having an orgasm?

You can orgasm without ejaculation, called a dry orgasm. Usually if you ejaculate you also have an orgasm.

Ejaculation is when a liquid comes out of your penis/vagina.

Orgasm is the pleasurable feeling associated with it.

However, I know that as a guy, you can have an orgasm because you ran out of stuff to ejaculate.

You can ejaculate without having an orgasm and you can orgasm without ejaculating. Generally if you have one you also get the other, assuming that you ejaculate at all.
