Hi. I'm a avg 17yo guy, looking for my first gf and committed relationship. Only one problem. All the girls at my school think I'm "seedy"(creepy) when in fact im the nicest guy in school. I have trouble talking to girls without a friend present, which doesn't help the situation because my friends are all big and muscles, where I am slight. I need help guys, tips, anything. All I want is a committed gf who I can make feel special.

hey manI had one ofthe same problems, I COULD NOT talk to girls:P but what I did was talk tomyself in the mirror, never broke eye contact. That helped alot. But if girls think you are creepy then just do nice things, just give them a nice compliment. Or other nice things.

Hope all goes well:)

fuck em lol, it's thier loss - if they are too dumb to appreciate you there are going to be plenty of women that will.

Just pretend you're talking to a guy, but talk about things they're interested in, or compliment them (not on their boobs!)

Well I think that you should try a small compliment first and talk about things they like. Talk as if they are a guy friend . Try talking to girls that are more easy going and don't think of it as oh I want them to be my girlfriend but more as I want them to be my good friend . And don't talk to the girls that think your "creepy" they are most likely the ones that judge someone before getting to no them

If people think you're creepy then you're obviously doing something to make them think that you're a creepy person. It may well have been one or two things a while ago that made you seem creepy and now that persona is stuck with you, if that's the case then it'll be difficult to shake that off.

Getting a girlfriend in high school doesn't really mean 'commitment' in all terms. Most high school relationships only last a short time. I never had a relationship with anyone in high school - it was pointless in my opinion. If you want a long term relationship, wait it out, you will find the right person eventually.

If you set out trying to get a girlfriend, you'll never get to be comfortable. Just talk to girls as friends. Otherwise you'll always end up too nervous to speak.
