so yesterday i burned my sole and now i have blister on it. how do i deal with it?

Pop it, and then put triple antibiotic on it. Then cover it with a bandaid and treat yourself to icecream because you deserve it.

Try not to pop a burn blister, it is healing underneath. You can pop friction blisters all you like but try to avoid popping a burn one, all the fluid contained within is helping your skin repair itself and it will pass, and will probably get infected due to its location. Try to pad it to avoid more trauma with activity.

I pop burn blisters on my feet all the time. They still heal just fine and have never gotten infected. All that happens is the skin from the top of the blister died out and peels off as the new skin underneath comes up.

try soaking it in water (room temp is best) and then make a small hole in it to drain it, that way the skin over it can still protect the new skin growing underneath. it the skin comes off, then but antibiotic on it and a bandaid

The blisters there for a purpose dont pop them !
