how do you get rid of/prevent craps before and during you run?

Stretching and staying hydrated usually does the trick for me.

ALWAYS stretch beforehand. Also, stay hydrated--water works fine if you're just running for fun, but if you're doing cross country or track or something, I'd suggest gatorade or powerade because those replenish electrolytes that water alone doesn't. Also, make sure you get enough potassium in you (not too much though) because that helps prevent cramps as well. I know all this from playing soccer the past 2 years :P

Stretching out beforehand, staying hydrated, and having a "cool down" period at the end followed by more stretching works for me.

Always stretch before and after a run . Drink plenty of water , and bananas help a lot for cramps due to the potassium .

Yeah pretty much what was said here. Btw Powerade does not have Magnesium in it, whereas Gatorade does, magnesium has also been proven to be a big factor to cramps. When you do get a cramp, just slowly stretch it out, and a slight massage. But make sure you keep hydrates, before, during and after and always warm up and cool down.

If you are talking about a side stitch or something like that, then either run faster or drink more water. But running faster always helps me! If I get one in a race then I just speed up and it's gone
