Drinking a lot of water does that, I don't think you should worry too much.

Clear urine can simply be a sign of drinking a lot of water - more than your body needs. However the healthiest urine colour is a straw yellow colour. If your urine is completely clear with no trace of colour, it usually means you are over hydrating which can put you at risk of water intoxication (water poisoning).
If you are drinking a lot of water because you think that it is healthy, not because you are actually thirsty, you need to be aware that too much of anything can be a bad thing.
Clear urine can also be a symptom of Diabetes Insipidus (also known as Water Diabetes). Now, this type of Diabetes has nothing to do with the more commonly known Type I and II Sugar Diabetes. The only thing they share is increased thirst and/or urination. Diabetes Insipidus is a metabolic disorder and has to do with your kidneys and pituitary gland. It means that the concentration of your urine is not at normal levels which accounts for your urine being clear as more water is being forced out than should be.
As long as you make sure you drink enough water, there's no realy danger with Diabetes Insipidus. You will urinate more often to make sure all the waste is being pushed out so you will have to drink more but you do not have to check your blood sugar levels like with Diabetes Mellitus (sugar Diabetes).
If you do not drink enough, you risk dehydration. Your doctor can provide information on how to live with and treat Diabetes Insipidus.
If you find you are always thirsty and have frequent urination, it may be a good idea to ask your doctor to test you for diabetes.

Drinking a lot of water shall do that with your urine.
As far as I am aware there is not problem having your urine clear. They say the ideal color is a pale yellow, but clear is not a problem.
I might be wrong but again I have never heard a problem with having clear urine.

What causes clear urine?
Clear urine CAN mean you're healthy. Typically, the healthier you are, the lighter your urine color. While you would think that clear urine would mean a well hydrated, healthy body, it may actually be a symptom of some other issues. The ideal healthy urine color is actually a straw yellow color. Clear urine that does not appear to have any color can mean that you are healthy and have a well-hydrated body, but it could also mean that you are over hydrated and risk water intoxication (water poisoning) or you may even have diabetes.
So, how do you know if you are just healthy or if you have diabetes?
Well, diabetes can be accompanied by increased thirst and frequent urination. So, ask yourself, are you thirsty all the time? Are you drinking more than 8 glasses of water a day, and you feel like you still need more water? If you find you're always thirsty, not just occasionally but frequently thirsty, then take a diabetes test. Don't mess around when it comes to diabetes.
Now there are 2 different types of diabetes here. Do you notice an increase in the frequency of urination? Are you always thirsty even though you’re drinking a lot of water? Do you wake up a lot of night to urinate. Are you wetting the bed a lot? Bedwetting and Nocturia (waking up to urinate often) along with a increase in urination can be symptoms of Diabetes Insipidus.

I don't agree with the water intoxication theory. Unless you drink insane amount of water very fats, it's very unlikely to happen. Clear urine is a sign that you're very well hydrated and you shouldn't be too concerned about it.

If it's too clear you need to stop drinking water as this is a sign that you've had too much to drink (water xD)
But seriously, You could over hydrated.

It's what happens when your kidneys filter a lot of water out of your blood. It's fine.
