I have been having these pains in my lower left stomach and it goes down to my left groin, like its a pulled muscle or something. I don't know if it has ANYTHING to do with the continuous swimming I have been doing lately since that's the only thing I can think of at the moment that I've been doing excessive lately. I've had it for about 2 days now and its hard to walk. Help?

Sounds just like you have pulled a muscle when you've been swimming. Try cutting down on the swimming a bit / not swimming for so long each time you go to the pool. Maybe taking some paracetamol / asprin would help it.

Take it easy on the swimming. In order to treat the strain, you'll need to stop strenuous physical activity until your legs are feeling better. That means no swimming. I'd give it about a week. After that, if the pain doesn't go away, talk to someone else.

i know this is a few days old now and i hope you are feeling better. but i would to suggest it could be a stomack virus. i had a stomach virus/flu a few weeks ago and i was sick and vomiting etc but also had muscle aches as well. it took about 4 days to get better.

I know the kinda thing you mean, that doesn't sound like the same kind of pain that was mentioned though.
In all reality, you've probably just strained or pulled a muscle, and I'd suggest taking some iBuprofen over paracemtemol (sp? :S) as iBuprofen also contains an anti-inflamitory. :) Avoid swimming/exercise for a few days, then just take it easy.
