Lymph nodes in my neck.

They're swollen up. Like the size of grapes. Also, the back of my neck feels like it's being pinched. I can put my chin to my chest easily... I just want it to go away... What is this?

Well, Maeve, I know that it is normal for lymph nodes to get swollen at times during puberty, so that might be it. But, since you say the back of your neck feels like it's being pinched too, along with the lymph nodes, it may be something else--possibly nerve related if your neck feels that way. It wouldn't hurt to see a general practicioner about this, in my opinion.

Could be an upper respiratory infection...call and schedule an appointment with your doctor.

Definitely go to a doctor asap. Swollen lymph nodes can be for a various reason but it's better to be on the safe side.
