Okay first off, I'm going to give a short overview of the situation:
Barry Bonds is a baseball player that plays for the San Francisco Giants. Recently, he broke the all-time home-run record. But it is also known fact that he does steroids.

Now the question:
Do you think Barry Bonds is a cheater for using steroids? Or is he really that talented? Is it fair to say he is a bad baseball player because of his use of steroids?

My opinion:
He is still talented and would have broken the record anyway.

Okay what's your opinion?

But it is also known fact that he does steroids.

I never watched the trial, but seeing as he's still in the MLB, and I've never heard of conclusive proof.

I'm not sure which to believe if he's used it or not.

Ramblings of the Wise  Sports

I'm not a sports junkie but if he used steroids I wouldn't consider him the rightful winner. Cheating is cheating and its unfair to everyone else who did it the ethical way. It doesn't make him a bad person but makes him an unethical one. Only if it's proven though he took them 100% sure.

yes, he obviously doesent use steroids now, but im sure he did during his season when he hit 72 home runs a few years ago. I dont think it matters all that much though, Bonds' record will most likely be broken within the decade.

they never did prove that he used steroids, but it is very obvious. If they did catch him, he would be out of the MLB for good and his record should not count. And no he is talented but he would not have broke the record, just look at him slump right when he got off of them.

Yeah. Bonds isnt really that young of a guy and doesnt have too many years left in the business. Alex Rodriquez in my opinion will break and set a new record in the years to come. He is still young and has 30+ homerun seasons every year.

the way i look at it, if i went to college, and i took an exam, and i cheated. obviously cheated, the school wouldnt go, "well he would have scored that well anyways so let his grade stay" so, no i dont think he was talented enough to beat the record

Look back at him when he played for the pirates. He was skinny and very good then. Now look! He looks like Godzilla! My dad one time said "If his head gets any bigger he'll need more than a bating helmet!" I don't like the fact that he took roids and broke that record! That record should be taken away from the guy!

Yeah, if he uses steroids, hes a cheater. Bonds is very talented, but with help of steroids. He is NOT a bad baseball player for using steroids. He IS a good baseball player, but it is NOT cool that he uses steroids.
