But, if it's just a free time activity, then you're not an addict, however, screwing up your life with friends and all that jazz, it's a problem, and you have to consult with someone you can trust with this information :).

Well Im sure you don't masterbate verry much but if we are to help you i must ask you a question... How many times a day do you masterbate?

there is two ways to work out if you are masturbating too much.
1. you do it so much that it causes you injury or pain.
2. it disrupts your normal activities such as school, sport, family events and other activities.
otherwise i don't think you can masturbate too much.

i was going to post the same thing

usually i do it 2x a day but there are times when i do it a lot more than that. as long as you dont stop doing the things you normally do then i think its ok.
