Im just wondering, if I keep my pubes the way they are and don't shave or trim, do you think they will keep getting longer and longer like the hair on your head? How long do you think they will get? I have trimmed mine once last year and they are two inches long now

I dont believe that they will get much longer. Once they get long enough they fall out. Like leg or arm hair. You wont have to put your pubes into a pony tail any time soon!

That sounds absolutely hilarious, God I hope that's on the internet somewhere.

But yes, he's right. Once it gets to a certain length it either falls out or stops growing, I don't think there's necessarily anything that physically stops it from growing or forces it to fall out, but you'd have to be damn careful to stop it from falling out.

My experience is that they grow a certain length and then stop. If you trim or shave then they will grow back to your normal length.

what everyone else said is true
i dont trim mine and some of my pubes are kind of long, like 4", but they are curly so it doesn't seem that long. but they do seem to stop growing after a while. not sure why that is when the hair on your face can grow into a really long beard.

I had to google it, but found out that hair has a growth phase, called anagen, and a resting phase, called telogen. Hair will fall out after the telogen phase and that time varies on where on the body it is. Your pubic hair will have a shorter growth and rest cycle than your head so that's why it doesn't grow as long. At the end of the telogen phase your pubic hair will fall out (shower / underwear) and be replaced by a new younger just entering anagen phase hair.

as the rest said, it will eventually fall out, but it might still be very long! thats why a lot of guys "manscape" in some way, to make it tolerable

They Grow up to a point, then stop. Trim them and They grow again! Yay!

They are like leg hair, they only grow to a certain length. How long? Well that depends on the person. If you think it gets to long then trim it or shave it.
