So anyways, timofy18, you're just 14 and you'll see some growth with your dick. There's nothing really wrong :D
As far as hair, if the blond hair is just coming in, then it's no big and it'll be closer to the color of your head hair once it grows in more. If it's thick and it's blond, then you could just have different colors in different places. That happens too :P

If its any consolation I am only 1 inch larger at your age! I know all your mates probally talk about having six inchers some may have but an awfull lot of them are lying and are prbally in pretty much the same situation as you :D were just a group of unlucky bastards known as late developers :(

Don't worry you'll grow soon my dad was shortest in the class until he was 16 when he was 17 he was the fourth tallest in his class!
