but my dick is like... less than half an inch long when I'm soft. It looks like a 10-year-old that just got out of freezing water. I'm 6.5" when I'm hard so that's not an issue. But I'm going to a school this year where we shower after gym class and it's gonna be embarrassing. I know you're going to reply "Don't worry about it" but you should know that anyone with 2 brain cells would.

Anyone know anything I can do or why it's like this?

Gym was kind of a choice for me, it was either take gym or study hall a second time in one year (which I don't want to do because that's a waste of a credit) so I don't need to go through with it but I really want to, but I still think it's a little weird...

I'm a grower of similar levels to you by the sounds of it (I go from less than 3" to over 7") and I had to go through the same thing that you're about to go through. In my experience, and I know this is cliche as hell, you really do just need to try and not worry about it. The more you think about what other people are thinking about your penis the more likely you are to either go insane or get an erection, and generally you don't want either of those things to happen.

The only real solution to this problem, other than growing, is to try and get a semi-erection before you get undressed. Some people can do this easily and just stay at a semi-erect state but other people are either flaccid or erect, no where in between. If you can maintain a semi-erect state then definitely do that, that way it seems like you've got a much bigger penis (flaccid) but you don't get the potential 'gay' remarks thrown around that you would get if you got a full erection.

well what matter is not the size when soft but when hard.
anyway i know it feels bad ,but theres not much you can do about it. with time it will grow. for now if you think you'll be too embarrased try avoiding it as much as you can. you may not completely, but anything you can.

I just don't think that saying:

is the best thing to do. Because his penis might not get any bigger at all. He might have done all the growing in that area when he first started puberty, for example my penis size hasn't changed since I was 13.

I understand what you're saying. My erect penis hasn't gotten any bigger since 14 as well, but my flaccid penis has grown significantly.

May it get bigger? It is possible.
May it stay the same? Just as likely.

I just didn't want him to get too discouraged over it, because then it is always on your mind whenever you are faced with public nudity. I'm just trying to give him a little hope.
