Tease Her Sometimes...
Ask her questions about her... (To know her better and to know what does she like)

Okay, I just wanna say the first warning flag right now! You can't make her fall in love with you!! That's just a big NO!!! Now if you want to know if she likes you, just simply ask her out on a date! The worse she can say no, and you can go along with your friendship, but dude, forcing love is not cool.

Way too soon to be talking about love. You haven't even asked her out yet. Let her know (in a far less creepy and aggressive way than how you told us) that you really like her. See how she reacts to that before you go around talking about love...that would creep me out and scare me away from you, no matter how nice you are.
