You have to have 2,500+ posts to have that feature.

Yup, 2,500 posts then you can add a custom title.

Once you reach 2,500 posts, like the other two said, you'll have the option to change your 'user title' here (http://www.virtualteen.org/forums/profile.php?do=editprofile).

The option also sometimes takes a little while to appear. But you still have a long way to go anyway. :P
