So I've been flirting with one of my supervisors from work and we've been sexting and stuff, and after a couple weeks of that he starts saying things like "I want you so bad, but it's good we never have shifts together" and he's also started avoiding me. In the past couple of days he's also stopped replying to my texts.

I'm just wondering why... I get the whole work relationships thing is frowned upon but no one knows we've been flirting and I'm leaving the country for good in a couple of months. I basically just wanna get with him before I leave but now he's avoiding me! lol

Hey,

Maybe he had a change of heart/no longer wants to flirt(read:he's no longer interested), and just decided not to directly let you know. It's also possible that he doesn't wanna start up a relationship, with you leaving the country soon.

There is a multitude of possibilities as to why he seems to have started avoiding you; the best way to sort things out would be to just talk to him about it. It may seem like an awkward conversation to have, but if you really want to start up a relationship with him, it's one you're gonna have to have.

Heck, if all goes wrong and you end up hating each other's guts, at least you're leaving the country soon ;)

Good luck.

Maybe he realised what he is doing could get him fired so he stopped

If anyone found out it would be very very bad for the supervisor, like he'll do anything with any employee blah blah. So you'll just have to move on now, good luck!

Just get over it. If he isn't replying.. and he can't even tell you whats going on.. then i wouldn't even consider "getting with him before you leave".. whatta pussy.

Honestly, that's pretty shallow. And if he doesn't want anything to happen, oh well, it's not going to happen. He has a reason to, I'm sure, whatever it is, he's made his choice. Simple as that.
