Ask him how he feels about it really. Because inevitably it is his choice, tell him if he isn't ready - or under age like Fman pointed out - then he should wait, he should tell her he isn't ready because it's not something he should take lightly.

I'm sort of confused about what the age has to do with it (not the legal thing, but with the question)....if she is your best friends girlfriend, be careful, because it could hurt your relationship with you friend.....talk to him or just tell her no, let them work out the situation

Yea, what Evil said. I wouldn't give him advice to sway him either way, if I were you, because either option could result in disaster, and you shouldnt get yourself tangled up in that. Let him make is own sex lie decisions.
