I noticed something today. I am insecure about everything, even stuff that doesn't matter. I've lived with these insecurities for a while, mainly because I talk to friends about some of it. Recently however I tried talking to one of my friends about my deeper insecurities and he hasnt talked to me since. That just added another and now I really don't want that to happen with any body else. Plus my friends will give me pity and I don't want that. How else can I vent these insecurities or help them?

I am also a very insecure person, and similarly to you, I'm also quite insecure about things that might not even matter too much. I pick things apart and am very self conscious. Not only that, but I also worry about everything and anything. I worry to the point where I'm afraid I annoy people, especially the people closest to me.
Try talking to your friend. Just approach him normally and don't be pushy or acting as if something serious is up. Talk to him like normal and see how he feels. Remember that we're all here and supportive if you need somebody to talk to; but for your friend, talk it out with him and see what his feelings are.

the only thing is that it's summer, he's going to a different school so we won't see each other in person. Since he doesnt answer my texts or fb messages i can't really get in contact with him again

Maybe to vent your insecurities, you could write them all down and then shred the paper or burn it to signify all your insecurities vanishing. And always remember, when you're dying, would you rather regret not living to the fullest because you were scared, or doing everything you've ever wanted to do, and even trying things you might not want to, and being happy. I hope you know that your true friends will never pity you, only help you through the rough spots. I really hope you can overcome everything.

You're unique in your own way. You don't need to feel insecure.
