If it is a pimple, I would say he has to have patience and let it heal on it's own. He could soak it in warm soap water to speed that up, but he should definately not try to pop it cause it could get infected and get worse. When I had bad pimples on my face, warm shower water helped draw them out.

if you do have to do it wash your hands , wash his penis (lol)
