I don't know..When I lay down in bed trying to sleep I hear voices talking to me, like friends, talking to me. It's weird and it's slowly gets worse. I mean I had it when I was alot younger. I thought it was normal, I mean I was so young I thought that people could talk to eachother through their minds. Not that long ago I realized that I'm a fucking idiot and those voices aren't real and their inside my head. It's starting to scare me, help plox?

It might not be schizophrenia, hearing things and delusions can often be signs of many other things for example depression. But if ever anything like that is worrying you, your first port of call is a doctor. They're the one who can refer you to the relevant people.
